Some curriculum items have specific dashboards where educators can view student completion data for those items. These items include Adaptive Keyboarding, Skills Checks, Common Sense Education Quizzes (not items with “Student Video” in the title), Application Exercises, and Discussion Reflections. Launching curriculum dashboard for items also allows teachers to re-open items for students to complete again (if applicable). View our article about re-opening curriculum items
Additionally, our coding curriculum, such as CodeMonkey and Codesters, have separate dashboards that allow educators to view student challenges, projects, and adjust some settings such as limiting progress.
For most items that have a dashboard, a teacher can click on the score box in the gradebook and a dialog box comes up. If there is a button that says “Launch Item Dashboard” then that item has a dashboard.
Accessing Curriculum Item Dashboards:
- Choose the class you’d like to view a dashboard for:
- Select the Assignments tab:
- Click the view button to the right of the specific assignment:
Curriculum dashboard can also be accessed from the Gradebook
- Within the class click on Gradebook tab:
- Hover over the students score for a curriculum item and click 'Launch Dashboard' from the pop-up box:
