Having an issue logging into your Learning.com account? Has an educator or administrator at your district forgotten the login credentials for their account?
Users with a Coordinator account can search and send credentials to educators within their school and/or district. By searching for the educator and clicking the 'Send Credentials' button, those educators will be emailed the current login credentials that are on file for them. This is a secure way to provide login credentials to users in your district. See below for information on the location of the 'Send Credentials' button.
If your district is not handling login through Single Sign On (SSO) or another 3rd party LMS, the following page will explain the ways educators can reset the password for their account, or send another educator their login credentials.
*Note: Student passwords can only be reset by your school administrator
The password for your Learning.com Account can be reset from our login page by clicking the 'Forgot Password' link:
