After resetting your password, if you don’t receive a new password via email, check your spam/junk folder. Also, make sure that your username, district, and email are all correct.

Retrieve Your Learning.com Educator Username

Educators can fill out the form below to retrieve their Learning.com Username. For further questions regarding logging in, scroll down.

How do I log in to use my Learning.com product?

From the Learning.com Login Page, simply enter your Username, Password, and District information as provided to you by your School Coordinator or District Coordinator.

I continue to have problems logging in.

For further assistance, please submit your support issue and provide the following in the “Description” field:

  • District Name
  • School Name
  • Teacher Name
  • Email and phone number
  • A brief description of the error message

I can’t find my login information.

If you have not received your login information or cannot remember it, please contact your School Coordinator or District Coordinator. If you are the Coordinator, please contact Learning.com Support. If you know your username but have forgotten your password, use the Reset Password form above to set a new password for your account. If you have forgotten your username, use the Retrieve Username form above to send yourself an email containing your username.

I don’t have or don’t know if I have a Learning.com account.

Please contact your school administrator to see if your school and/or district has an account with us. That person has the ability to create and edit accounts.
