Your Password Reset will be sent to the email address we have on file for your account. If you don’t receive it in that school email account, it may be because the entered username, district or email address do not match what we have on file. You might also try checking Spam or Junk Mail folders

Retrieve Your Educator Username

Educators can fill out the form below to retrieve their username. For further questions regarding logging in, scroll down.

How do I log in to use my product?

From the login page, simply enter your username, password, and district information as provided to you by your school or district coordinator.

I continue to have problems logging in.

For further assistance, please submit your support issue through our contact form and provide the following in the ‘Your Message’ field: District name, School name, Teacher name, Email and phone number, A brief description of the error message.

I can’t find my login information.

If you have not received your login information or cannot remember it, please contact your school or district coordinator. If you are the coordinator, please contact Support. If you know your username but have forgotten your password, use the ‘Reset Password’ form above to set a new password for your account. If you have forgotten your username, use the ‘Retrieve Username’ form above to send yourself an email containing your username.

I don’t have or don’t know if I have a account.

Please contact your school administrator to see if your school and/or district has an account with us. That person has the ability to create and edit accounts.
