  • ‘Word Processing: Proofreading and Correcting’ Games no longer have duplicate names and indicate Level 1, 2, or 3 (from youngest to oldest students)
  • ‘Visual Mapping: Attributes and Linking’ Lesson has updated K-3rd grade banding and ‘Teacher Notes’ includes K-2nd implementation guidance
  • Teachers can submit Application Exercise rubric scores from the student detail view and not just through the main landing page of the Teacher Dashboard
  • Teachers can review in progress student work in the Application Exercise Teacher Dashboard
  • Application Exercise Teacher Dashboard now includes updated lesson plans

Teacher facing

  • Saving a rubric score no longer requires a refresh to be visible in the Application Exercise Teacher Dashboard
  • Teachers can send rubric scores to the gradebook from the Application Exercise Teacher Dashboard in Internet Explorer browser
  • Teacher-directed Application Exercises no longer cause a browser crash when launched after a teacher selects ‘My Assignments’
  • After a teacher has saved a rubric score in the Application Exercise Teacher Dashboard, the rubric interface no longer gives the appearance that it is still interactive (when it is not)
  • Application Exercises in the gradebook accurately reflect ‘In progress’ after a teacher reassigns them from the Application Exercise Teacher Dashboard
  • Teachers can preview Application Exercises from the Teacher Dashboard when launching from the Library
  • Creating and editing custom Assessments through ‘My Resources’ in a teacher account no longer results in a loading screen
  • Searching by standard in the Library and then filtering by item type results in only the desired item type
  • Certificate examples in class settings no longer contain outdated branding
  • Toggling the tracked class settings for a class that contains items requiring teacher grading populates a warning message which no longer incorrectly refers to ‘Application Exercises’ as ‘Journals’

  • Students using Canvas for Single Sign-On no longer see occasional missing grade passback
  • EasyCode Pillars (Codesters) no longer prevents students from moving forward in a forced sequence
  • On tablet devices, EasyTech finger placement Lessons no longer present a ‘Touch Screen’ message that doesn’t go away when touched
  • Certificates no longer display for students even when disabled in class settings
  • EasyTech Pre-tests no longer prescribe a Lesson for just one error
  • ‘Computer Fundamentals: Processors, Input and Output Devices (Spanish)’ Lesson no longer incorrectly spells ‘procesador’ in Lesson text
  • ‘Spreadsheets: Trends and Forecasts’ and ‘Word Processing: Creating Original Works’ now contain English closed captions (when enabled)
  • English and Spanish closed captions correctly toggle in ‘Visual Mapping: Formats and Outlines’ Lesson

Specific to Clever syncing

Bug Fixes

  • Multiple fixes related to bugs that were preventing 100% accurate roster syncing between Learning.com and Clever
  • Existing teacher accounts will merge with their equivalents during a new sync

 

Specific to Catalog.learning.com

Improvements

  • Teacher view of item details clearly outlines what the student sees (as opposed to what is just information for the teacher)
  • Users can sign in to Google Classroom from ‘Sign In’
  • Header on Catalog.learning.com matches the header on Learning.com
    • ‘Product Catalog’ takes users to the Catalog home page from both sites
  • User can click the plus sign in the bottom right of any Catalog page to open up in-window options to ‘Request Info’ or ‘Send Feedback’
  • Reduced search-bar footprint (allowing more space for other visuals)
  • Hovering over the Essential Skills tiles displays information about that skill
  • New ‘Standards Aligned’ map below Essential Skills tiles
    • Showcases national and international standards by default
    • Selecting a state showcases state standard alignments
    • Includes primary (tech) and enrichment (core) alignments
  • New ‘Pedagogy’ section below the  ‘Standards Aligned’ map
