Want to know more about how to use Learning.com to meet CIPA and E-Rate compliance for your district? Do you have a question about what EasyTech curriculum items align with and meet E-Rate compliance? Are you looking for CIPA and E-Rate reporting data for your district? Wondering where you can get these reports within Learning.com?
Learning.com curriculum can be assigned to align and meet the needs of both CIPA and E-Rate compliance for your districts. The Children’s Internet Protection Act, or CIPA, requires schools to educate students on cyberbullying awareness and response, and to teach appropriate online behavior — including how to interact with other individuals on social networking websites and in chat rooms. EasyTech’s K-12 digital literacy curriculum offers dozens of learning experiences across grade levels, combined with an easy reporting feature, to ensure districts meet CIPA compliance and can qualify for E-Rate funding. EasyTech provides both student-driven and teacher-facilitated content to enable your district to achieve CIPA compliance.
*Note: It is up to each district what, how, and when they implement the CIPA topics
Learning.com has curriculum covering required Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA):
Appropriate online behavior, including interacting with other individuals on social networking websites and in chat rooms, and cyberbullying awareness and response.
Users with a Coordinator account can access district/school E-Rate reports by clicking 'Reports' > 'CIPA Compliance for E-Rate':

*Note: This E-rate kit is designed to help your district comply with E-rate and CIPA legislation. This does not constitute legal advice. You will need to review the materials and recommended verification plan outlined in this toolkit to ensure it meets your district’s standard for E-rate certification. Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) administers the E-rate program.
