Software Enhancements:

  • Search filters, sort order, and current page number stay the same when a teacher navigates back to search results from the curriculum item detail page
  • The character limit for a Class Name is now 75 characters
  • Curriculum Foundry Open Education Resources now have subjects/categories alignments

Bug Fixes:

  • Coordinator UI: International characters in Educators’ names are now exporting correctly in the csv on the Find/Manage Users page
  • EasyTech: Some lessons appeared cropped in the player, now all lessons are sized correctly
  • Inquiry: Fixed various missing and incorrect audio files and icons

Software Enhancements:

  • Digital Citizenship App version 2.0: Students are able to save completed lessons and quiz on one device, and return later to the same device or on a different device
  • The Digital Citizenship App Report for Coordinators has been reformatted to provide better E-Rate reporting
  • Curriculum Foundry now includes a Sample Items Sequence which shows different ways to organize and create lessons and units

Bug Fixes:

  • Teacher UI: Pressing Enter on the Class Settings page now automatically saves the settings
  • Digital Citizenship App version 2.0: Backend improvements to increase audio performance and decrease network connection issues

Software Enhancements:

  • Changes and enhancements to purchasing functionality
  • Teacher profile no longer shows email by default, teachers can add email address if desired
  • "Show unlicensed" checkbox is now set as unchecked in Library and checked in Marketplace by default

Bug Fixes:

  • Teacher UI: Multi-assign button looked mis-aligned when used from within a selected class within Firefox browser
  • Login Box: "Forgot Password?" link caused error in Internet Explorer browser
  • Various under-the-hood performance enhancements and minor fixes

Release 109

Software Enhancements:

  • Teachers can now click on a standard and copy + paste the text into a different program (like Word or Text Edit)
  • All  tabs along the top of the Teacher UI now have a visual indicator (blue line at the bottom of the tab) so that teachers know which tab page they are viewing
  • Users can renew an expiring order in the Teacher UI by choosing from the valid purchase options still available
  • In the Coordinator UI, the Find/Manage Users column header "Student ID" has been changed to "District User ID" to better explain that searches return student ID numbers for students and SchoolDistrictUserID numbers for SIS-synced teachers

Bug Fixes:

  • Customized unit icons are visible when viewing unit in the Library
  • iPad users can scroll to view and turn in journals
  • Various under-the-hood performance enhancements and minor fixes for SIS Autosync Integration

Software Enhancements:

  • Login cards for a class with non-student accounts (like Teachers) are printable from the gradebook and contain only district and username

Bug Fixes:

  • Untracked classes can be set to "Open" and "Forced" assignment sequence
  • User Import Tool (UIT) can successfully handle characters with accent marks 
  • Sorting in the Curriculum Item list works in ascending and descending directions and in the Favorites list, items can be sorted by Rating

Software Enhancements:

  • All Inquiry pretests in all grades and all EasyTech for Next Generation Assessments pretests have audio support
  • Inquiry curriculum items and EasyTech quizzes and games are now available in the Learning.com tablet app
  • While a student is working on a journal assignment, the journal will automatically save student work every 5 minutes

Bug Fixes:

  • A teacher is able to set the Assignment Sequence setting (Forced or Open) for a group or individual student to a setting that is different than the class setting

Software Enhancements:

  • “Export Gradebook” report shows the percentage score and the number of points scored
  • The date of the external score is visible in the external score tooltip (To see external scores, check the box above the gradebook that says "Include grades from all classes”)
  • A self-directed Professional Development course for educators is now available in Inquiry

  • When grading, teachers can navigate between journals by clicking “Grade This!” in the gradebook and clicking the blue arrows
